恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉る件
私は男子がおりませんので、この度建福寺門前の同宗門である私の婿の源吉夫婦ともに引き取り、家名を相続させたく内談いたしました。これにより願い上げ奉ります。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって、願い上げ候通りお仰せ付けいただき置かれ候えば、ありがたき仕合わせと存じ奉ります。以上
