右の私の娘は去る辰年の宗門改め以後に欠落（失踪）いたしましたので、所々を尋ね申しましたが、行方が分からずにおります。万一行き先で何らかの事件が起きるかも計り知れませんので、何卒宗門台帳からお除きくださいますよう願い奉ります。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって、願い上げる通りお仰せ付けいただけますならば、ありがたき仕合わせと存じ奉ります。以上 鉾持町 源蔵

右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって、願い上げる通りお仰せ付けいただけますならば、ありがたき仕合わせと存じ奉ります。以上
