藤屋圓吉の弟吟治は幼年でございますところ、縁故がございますので、私のもとへ引き取って扶養し、養育いたしたく存じ奉ります。これにより願い上げ奉ります。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって、願い上げる通りお仰せ付けいただけますならば、ありがたき仕合わせと存じ奉ります。以上
