乍恐以口上書奉願上候御事
私儀追々困窮仕渡世難取續奉存候ニ付私幷ニ娘
建福寺門前江引越申度奉存候依之同寺御宗門

作仕度奉存候依之角数出来次第追々川
下ケ仕度奉存候何卒以御慈悲奉願上候通

恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げる件
私は次第に困窮し、生業を続けることが困難になったと思われますので、私並びに娘を建福寺門前に引っ越したいと存じます。つきましては、同寺の宗門にお加えいただけますよう願い上げます。
右の趣旨につき、ご慈悲をもって願い上げました通りにお取り計らいいただけましたなら、ありがたい幸せと存じます。以上

I have gradually fallen into poverty and find it difficult to continue my livelihood, therefore I wish to move myself and my daughter to the area in front of Kenpuku Temple. Accordingly, I petition that we may be admitted to that temple's religious congregation.
Regarding the above matter, if you would graciously grant this petition as requested, it would be most gratefully received. That is all.

Thickness from 3 sun to 1 shaku 5 sun square
As stated above, I wish to receive these from the pine forest of Jinzaemon-dono and Magohachi-dono of Himochi village and use them for house construction. Accordingly, I wish to transport them downriver gradually as the timber becomes ready. If you would most graciously grant this petition as requested, it would be most gratefully received. That is all.
