奉行所様
右の件について五日に役所にて北野氏のお取り次ぎで差し上げたところ、お許しをいただきました。
恐れながら口上書をもってお願い申し上げる件
池田岩之丞様ご支配所下伊奈郡和合村の善作と
申す者を私が請け合いして、御水役を勤めさせ、杣の職業をさせたく存じます。
よってお願い申し上げます。
右の趣旨で 御慈悲をもって－－－－
