私はこれまで揚酒商売をしておりましたが、この度
御鑑札を返納いたしたく存じます。これについてお願い申し上げます。
右の趣旨について 御慈悲をもってお願い申し上げました通りお
仰せ付けいただけますならば、ありがたき幸せと存じます。以上

いたしました。これについてお願い申し上げます。
