存じます。つきまして願い上げ申し上げます
右の趣旨について、御慈悲をもって願い上げ申し上げます通りにお命じになり
お許し下さいますならば、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上

右の二通は五月二日に後藤様のお取り次ぎで差し上げたところ、五日にお聞き済みの
お沙汰があり、丁代へ申し渡しました

恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げます
私は男子がおりませんので、今度下殿嶋村の伴右衛門の弟
松蔵と内縁関係もございますので、女房と息子たちをもらい受け家名を
相続させたく内談いたしました。つきまして願い上げ申し上げます
右の趣旨について、御慈悲をもって願い上げ申し上げます通りにお命じになり
お許し下さいますならば、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上

右の願書は二十日に御役所にて高橋磯左衛門氏のお取り次ぎで差し上げたところ、
井口氏からお聞き届け下さった旨をお手紙でお申し越し下さいました。すぐに丁代に申し渡しました

Since I have no male children, I have had private discussions about adopting the wife and children of Matsukura, the younger brother of Banuemon from Shimodonejima Village, with whom there is also a common-law relationship, so that he may inherit the family name.
