仰難有相勤存罷在候所年限ニ付暫御赦
免被成下置候様奉願上候
右之趣以 御慈悲奉願上候通被為 仰付

私は不調法者でございますが、紺屋頭の御役を承り
仰せ付けられ有難く相勤めて参りましたところ、年限につき暫く御赦
免を成し下し置かれますよう願い上げます
右の趣意をもって御慈悲により願い上げました通り仰せ付けを

I am an incompetent person, but I have been honored to receive
the appointment as head of the dyers and have been serving gratefully.
As my term has reached its limit, I humbly request that temporary exemption
be granted.
If you would graciously grant my petition as stated above through your benevolence,

the appointment as town representative, considering it a grateful blessing,
and have been serving for a long time. However, I have become ill
and find it difficult to perform my official duties, therefore
I humbly request that exemption be granted.
