恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げる件
私は豆腐商売をいたしたく存じておりますが、型箱については
町内の深草屋嘉右衛門のところから譲り受けたく内談
いたしました。ついては願い上げ申し上げます。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお聞き届け
いただけましたなら、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上
勢利町
弘化二乙巳年二月 願主 弥次兵衛
御奉行所様 町代 小右衛門
右の願書を十日に清水氏のお取次ぎで差し上げたところ、二十二日にお聞き届けとなり、来る二十七日に
鑑札をお渡しいただけるなら印鑑を持参して山下虎五郎様へお呼び出しいただく旨のご指示がございました。

私の養子兵右衛門は不出来につき離縁いたし、千村平右衛門様の
ご支配所手良郷八ツ手村の新右衛門のところへ差し戻したく
存じております。ついては願い上げ申し上げます。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお聞き届け
いただけましたなら、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上 勢利町深草屋
弘化二乙巳年二月 願主 嘉右衛門
御奉行所様 町代 小右衛門
右の願書を右同様に差し上げたところ、同日にお聞き届けとなったので、十一日朝に
町代へ申し伝えました。

under the jurisdiction of Mr. Chimura Heiemon.
