乍恐以口上書奉願上候御事
堀大和守様御城下下条屋町池田屋兼次与申者
内縁も御座候ニ付此度妻子共私厄介ニ引取
御宗門江差加申度奉存候依之奉願上候

堀大和守様のお城下下条屋町の池田屋兼次と申す者と
内縁関係もございますので、この度妻子ともども私が扶養し、引き取って
宗門に加えていただきたく存じております。ついては願い上げ申し上げます。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお聞き届け
いただけましたなら、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上

御奉行所様 町代 与左衛門
右の願書を十七日に清水氏のお取次ぎで差し上げたところ、二十五日にお聞き届けとなり、町代へ申し伝えました。
