松平丹波守様のお預所箕輪領三日町村の
作之丞の扶養家族である喜代とは内縁関係もございますので、
私の扶養家族として引き取りたく内談いたしております。ついては願い上げ申し上げます。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお聞き届け
いただけましたなら、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上

右の件について月番のみの奥書をして、十七日に御役所にて清水氏のお取次ぎで
差し上げたところ、二十五日にお聞き届けとなり、当人へ申し伝えました。
