一他国石切稼《割書：ニ》罷出候者共儀
五人組切吟味仕人別請人
相立罷出申候尤御年貢御
役儀等無滞様可仕候御事
一従 御公儀様被 仰付候
御法度之儀は不及申常々
被 仰付候通御仕置於

差し上げ申す一札の事
一、他国石切稼ぎに出かける者たちの件について
五人組で厳重に吟味いたし、人別請人を
立てて出かけ申します。もちろん年貢や
役儀等は滞りなく務めるようにいたします
一、御公儀様より仰せつけられました
御法度の件は申すまでもなく、常々
仰せつけられている通りの御仕置きについて、
出先においても背くことはいたしません。この点を
守るよう仰せつけられ、その
意を承っております
一、この者たちの件について、出先においては定宿（脇
書きに記載している通りでございます）に暮らし、
帰らないということがございましたら、請人並びに

Regarding the pledge we humbly submit:
1. Concerning those who go out to work as stone cutters in other provinces:
We shall conduct strict examinations through the five-household group system and
establish guarantors for each individual before they depart. Of course, we shall
ensure that annual rice taxes and other duties are fulfilled without delay.
1. Regarding what has been ordered by the Shogunate government:
Needless to say concerning the prohibitions, and regarding the punishments
that are constantly ordered, they shall not violate these even at their
destinations. We have received and understood the intent
that this point must be observed.
