中には心得違いの者もいるようで、結局のところ耕作を

怠り、自身の骨折りを嫌うまでのことで、農家の所行ではありません。既に一昨年の申年にも触れ置いた通り、人命にも関わる義であり、決してそのような取り扱いがあってはならないことです。
全く人々の風説にもあることでしょうから、心得違いの者がないよう、役人共はよく心を付けて正しい道に農業に精を出すべきです。もし不審な筋を聞くにおいては、糺明を遂げるべきなので、小前末々まで漏れないよう申し含め置くべきです。
右の趣旨を町中へ触れ回るべきです。以上
