Regarding plasterers (sakan) within the domain territory, since there have been no service fees or tribute payments (un-jō) until now, there have been cases where they petitioned the local office expressing their desire to work at construction sites as a form of gratitude (myōga). Upon investigation, while plasterers are generally not considered to be in the same category as the four main craftsmen (shishoku-nin), their petition seems reasonable. Therefore, from now on, each plasterer shall serve three days per year at the construction office.
