徒党に等しい行為なども見受けられる様子で、第一、上（上役）を蔑ろにし奉行所を軽んじる次第は、重々心得違いの至りである。今後右のような事態を漏れ聞くことがあれば、きっと糺明の上、咎めを申し付けるものである。
一、在郷や町の神社仏閣の祭事の際、願い出により獅子舞や踊りの届け出を承っているところ、この度御借財方を郷中で御引き受けすることになり、所々の金主どもへお断りもあり、その中には種々と立ち入った一通りでない口論なども発生している。その上、公辺（幕府）にも関わる駆け引きなど
