その上、公辺（幕府）にも関わる駆け引きなど
【左丁】
に至り、右等の相手に対応されても、お断りに差し支えが生じることにもなりかねず、何かと御都合が悪いため、御財政立て直しまでは獅子舞の願い出の件は停止とする。神事等を粗略にするという筋ではまったくないので、氏神祭りについては村々が寄り合って従来通り執り行うべきである。
右の趣旨を承知させ、役人はもちろんのこと、小前（一般農民）の末々に至るまで漏れがないよう申し渡すこと。もし心得違いの者がいれば、きっと処罰するので、あらかじめ心得ておくべきである。
右の趣旨を在郷・町中へ触れ渡すので、町中へも触れ渡すこと。以上
