To both the samurai households and the townspeople,
from the current year of the Boar until the coming year of the Tiger,
for the middle three years, solicitation for donations
has been granted permission. Those with
faith should make donations
regardless of the amount.
For government territories where there are deputy officials and magistrates,
it is under the control of those magistrates;
for certain individuals, it is under their control;
for private domains, it is the domain lords and stewards; for temple and shrine
lands, the donations should be collected by the respective deputy officials, domain lords, and
stewards, and from each direction,
until the sixth month of the coming year of the Tiger,
they should be submitted
to Ōta Settsu-no-kami.
