古金銀之義追々新金銀ニ
引替候得共未相残分余程
有之趣ニ候無程引替所
相止候ハヽ不都合之義も可
有之候条唯今之内古金銀
弐朱判共精出し引替
可申候若貯置不引替
もの相知れ候ハヽ古金銀
取上急度可申付候間
御代官領主地頭ニ而も
随分遂穿鑿遠国
渡海等ニ而引替不都合之
場所は弥世話致し
最寄引替所江差出為
引替候様可致候

現代語訳
【右丁】
古い金銀については順次新しい金銀に
引き替えているが、まだ残っている分が相当
あるようである。間もなく引替所が
閉鎖されるならば不都合なことも
あるだろうから、今のうちに古い金銀や
二朱判ともに精を出して引き替え
申すべきである。もし貯蔵しておいて引き替えない
者がいることが知れた場合は、古い金銀を
取り上げ厳しく処罰することになるので
代官や領主・地頭においても
十分に詮議を遂げ、遠国や
渡海等で引き替えが不都合な
場所については、いよいよ世話をして
最寄りの引替所へ差し出して
引き替えるようにすべきである

Regarding old gold and silver coins, although they are being
gradually exchanged for new gold and silver,
there appears to be a considerable amount still remaining.
Since the exchange offices will soon be
closed, which would cause inconvenience,
old gold and silver coins as well as
ni-shu ban should be diligently exchanged
right now. If anyone is found to be
hoarding them without exchanging,
the old gold and silver will be confiscated
and severe punishment will be imposed.
Therefore, magistrates, domain lords, and local lords should
thoroughly investigate, and for remote regions,
overseas territories, and other places where exchange is inconvenient,
they should especially provide assistance
and arrange for coins to be sent to the nearest
exchange office for conversion.
