受け取るよう宿場宿場へ申し渡す。

Instructions have been given to each post station.

These nine post stations have recently fallen into particular financial difficulty, so from the coming 1st month of the year of the Ox until the 12th month of the coming year of the Snake, for five years, they shall receive an additional 30% increase on top of the aforementioned 20% increase.
