この度在郷・町方が申し合わせて

ある。お財政が窮迫している
この時節、やりくりにも相当

お心を含まれて
いらっしゃる。殊に当年世上は
不作の趣きであり、なお一層
御仁恵として御救いのため改めて
御金を下され、有り難く存じ

consideration has been given.
