【右丁】
従前毎戸に番号札を掛け置いていたところ、
これを削り取り、改めて左の雛形の通りに書き認めて
門戸等見やすい所へ掛け置くべきである。
もっとも隠居或いは死亡等によって戸主が替わる
際は、その都度書き替えるべきである。この旨相達すること。

to be hung in easily visible places such as gates and doorways.

Regarding money and grain lending between commoners that occurred before
the last day of the twelfth month of Keiō 3 (1867), these generally
shall not be subject to judicial proceedings, but matters from
New Year's Day of Meiji 1 (1868) onward shall be subject to judicial proceedings.
