【右丁】
従前の免地場所の地券発行について、その
取締所附属の屋敷その他の城下
町免地の場所は、別紙雛形の所持地に限り、
番号を記し、縦横の間数および坪数等を
図面に書き記めて提出用に取りまとめ、早々に
提出すべきこと。
【左丁】
地券取調について、先般提出した地引帳絵
図の町地現在の売買適当な代価を付して、
兼ねて提出しておいた坪数名前へ突き合わせるよう
取調べ、来る月末までに高遠取締所へ
提出するものである。
但し不適当な代価を書き出した場合は詮議の上
処分があるので、正確な値段を書き出すこと。
一、売券状等がある分はそれを添えて提出すべきこと。もっとも代価は
