【右丁】
附属の仏具什物等一切を帳簿に
記載し、檀家総代・法類の奥印を得た上で
備え置くこと。万一偽りの次第等が
ある場合は厳重に処置することになる。
付け加えて、寺付きの田畑等はもちろん什物に
属する儀と心得ること。
法相宗・華厳宗・律宗・兼学宗・
融通念仏宗の五宗各派並びにその他

諸宗の内、別派独立本山及び無本寺
等は、それぞれ相当の宗内総じて本山へ所轄を
仰せ付けられたので、各府県においてこの旨を心得、
管内寺院へ伝達し、願書を取りまとめて所轄の
分は教部省へ伺い出ること。

All attached Buddhist ritual implements and temple treasures shall be
recorded in ledgers, and after receiving the endorsement seals of lay representative parishioners and fellow priests,
they must be kept on file. Should there be any falsification or irregularities,
strict measures will be taken.
Additionally, temple-affiliated rice fields and farmland are naturally to be understood as
belonging to the temple properties.
Hossō sect, Kegon sect, Ritsu sect, Kengaku sect,
Yūzū Nenbutsu sect - these five sects and their various branches, as well as others

Among the various sects, those with independent branch head temples and temples without main temples
shall all be placed under the jurisdiction of their respective appropriate main temples within their sect.
Each prefecture should understand this directive,
communicate it to temples within their jurisdiction, compile petitions, and
submit inquiries regarding jurisdictional matters to the Ministry of Religious Education.
