父兄ト同居ノ子弟或は別居シテ財産ヲ
異ニスルモノ又ハ父既ニ家督ヲ其子ニ譲リ
隠居別宅シテ財産ヲ異ニスル者自今一己ニ
金銀借受之分其証券中本家之戸主
保証之調印無之上ハ貸主ニ於而本家之
財産ヲ目的トシ貸シ与フル筋無之
候ニ付若シ右等之者共返金相滞訴訟ニ及ヒ

候節同居之者ハ其身所持之品拘之分産別
居之者ハ其財産ノミヲ以テ身代限りニ裁
判申渡候条為心得此段相達候事

壬申十月二十八日 筑摩県庁
父兄と同居している子弟、あるいは別居して財産を別にしている者、または父がすでに家督をその子に譲り、隠居して別宅に住み財産を別にしている者が、今後個人で金銀を借り受ける場合、その証券に本家の戸主の保証の調印がない限り、貸主は本家の財産を担保として貸し与えてはならない。もしそのような者たちが返金を滞らせ訴訟となった
【左丁】
場合、同居の者はその身の所持品の範囲内で、別居の者はその財産のみをもって身代限りで裁判の判決を言い渡すので、心得として この段お達しする。

当県権参事荒木博臣は、去る二十二日に司法省七等出仕を仰せ付けられたので、心得としてこの旨お達しする。

When children living with their fathers and elder brothers, or those living separately with separate assets, or when a father has already transferred the family headship to his child and retired to live separately with separate assets, borrow gold or silver individually, unless the family head of the main household has provided a guarantee seal on the certificate, creditors must not lend money using the main household's assets as collateral. If such persons fail to repay and litigation ensues,

in such cases, for those living together, judgment shall be rendered within the scope of their personal possessions, and for those living separately, judgment shall be limited to their own assets only. This is communicated for your knowledge.
