地券を交付するにあたっては、地券申請の件について願い出る際は、誠実に調査し、通達してある雛型の通り心得ること。
第二条
一筆の土地を分割して売買したい場合は、実地において総歩数を改めて検地帳と照合し、分割方法に偏りがないよう戸長・副戸長において等分に改めた上で願い出ること。
