速やかに差し出すこと。
第四条
初回の地券交付以後、売買・譲渡並びに代替えその他質地・流れ込み等で所有者が変わった際は、地券の裏面に先般通達した雛型書式の通りに記入し、地券書替えの件を願い出ること。
第五条
右の書替え願い出の際は新地券を交付し、旧

地券を取り消す間、地主が変わった旨を年月日とともに村方元帳に詳しく記載しておくこと。
第六条
山林・原野その他の土地についても売買・譲渡に付き地券を交付した分は、すべて同様に心得ること。
第七条
願いにより荒廃地の払い下げを行う際は同様に地券申請の件を願い出ること。

Article 4
After the initial issuance of land certificates, when ownership changes due to sale, transfer, exchange, or other matters such as pawning or foreclosure, the prescribed format previously communicated should be recorded on the back of the land certificate, and an application for certificate replacement should be submitted.
Article 5
When the aforementioned replacement application is submitted, a new land certificate will be issued and the old

land certificate will be cancelled. During this process, the change of landowner should be recorded in detail in the village registry along with the date.
Article 6
For mountains, forests, grasslands, and other types of land where land certificates have been issued for sales and transfers, the same procedures should be followed.
Article 7
When wasteland is granted upon request, an application for a land certificate should be submitted in the same manner.
