一、地所を質入れ・書入れした地主方において地所の処分をする際、往来至当の割合をもって相定め、金主方へ相渡しするか、または作徳はすべて地の所務をし、改めて利足を定めて相渡しするか、相対をもって適宜に相定めることは妨げないこと
