Applications have been submitted to establish fair regulations for travel convenience regardless of whether travelers are samurai or commoners, public or private. The applications have been approved as requested, and operations will begin from the 1st day of the coming 9th month. Therefore, understanding this intent, travelers shall pay the company's standard fees when traveling.
