運送を行うことになるため、同日より伝馬所および助郷ともに全て廃止するので、この段心得のため申し伝える。
一、従来土地の風俗により旧慣を私法とする類がしばしばあり、あるいは祖先の代に召し使った者の地所を与えた分について、その子孫に至るまで家抱などと称し、家来同様の扱いをして、一村の者を同輩と見なさない。あるいは他から入村する者は水呑と称び、これもまた

Those who cleared wilderness in ancient times and established villages have been called "original pioneers" (moto wo kusamiri), and because they are old families, they despise later generations and often engage in improper behavior. While they may take pride in their ancestors' achievements, there is no reason why they should dominate others in the present day.
