候間自今右等之唱令禁止暴慢
之取業いたすへからす事
一農業之傍商業を相営み候儀禁
此いたし候向も有之候所目今勝手たるへき事
一人民所持地所之中自他之都合に寄
池沼川溝等を掘割或は道路を附替致
候義目今総て出願之上指揮を受へき事
一無願にして社寺《割書：地蔵堂｜稲荷之類》創立致シ候儀従前

一人民所持之耕地畔際に擅に遺骸を埋葬
いたしことの有之赴以之外之事ニ候目今可為厳禁事
一河岸場之儀新規相設候儀差止候向も有之候所
自今願次第吟味之上可差許事
一不定地年期を定め割替いたし来候
向は向後持主相定可申立事
一田畑勝手作之儀既に去辛未八月御差許

そのため今後これらの呼称を禁止し、暴慢な振る舞いをしてはならない。
一、農業の傍ら商業を営むことを禁止していた向きもあったが、現在は自由とする。
一、人民所持の地所の中で、自他の都合により池沼や川溝等を掘削し、あるいは道路を付け替える件については、現在は全て出願の上で指揮を受けること。
一、願い出なしに社寺《地蔵堂・稲荷の類》を創立することは、従前の通り禁制とする。
【左丁】
一、人民所持の耕地の畦際に勝手に遺骸を埋葬することがある趣、もってのほかのことであるので、現在は厳禁とする。
一、河岸場について、新規に設置することを差し止めていた向きもあったが、今後は願い出次第、吟味の上で許可する。
一、不定地について年期を定めて割替を行ってきた向きは、今後は持主を定めて申し立てること。
一、田畑の勝手作りについては、既に去る辛未八月に許可済み

1. Regarding riverside ports (kawagishi-ba), while some have been prohibited from establishing new ones, henceforth they may be permitted upon application and after examination.
1. For those who have been conducting periodic redistribution of indefinite lands with set terms, henceforth the landowners must be designated and reported.
1. Regarding free cultivation of rice fields and dry fields, this was already permitted in the eighth month of the previous year Shinbi (1871).
