【右丁】
このことにより、漸次米作を減らし、桑・茶・漆・楮など土地に相応する物品、あるいは牛・馬・羊・豚の牧畜等を常に心がけ、充分に産物を繁殖させる方法を立てること。
ただし、追々外国より草木・禽獣類・蚕の種等を取り寄せて分配し、試験を行う予定であるので、有志の者はその筋へ願い出ること。
右の条件について管轄中に漏れなく触れ知らせること。

今後、僧侶は苗字を設け、住職中の者は「某寺職某氏名」と称すること。

By this means, gradually reduce rice cultivation and establish methods to adequately propagate products appropriate to the land, such as mulberry, tea, lacquer, paper mulberry, or livestock such as cattle, horses, sheep, and pigs, keeping this constantly in mind.
However, since foreign plants, birds and animals, silkworm varieties, etc. will gradually be imported and distributed for experimental purposes, those with interest should apply to the appropriate authorities.

Henceforth, Buddhist priests shall adopt surnames, and those serving as head priests shall be called "such-and-such temple priest, such-and-such name."
However, when adopting a surname, it must be reported to the jurisdictional office.
